  • My favourite reformers and amazing instructors who spend time with each member of the class to ensure proper form and are always willing to answer questions. Natalie and Lizi have a true passion for what they do and real understanding of the body. They explain each movement with great, easy-to-understand detail. I have learned so much from these classes. I love the simplistic design of the RX machine as it makes a complex device very approachable and easy to use.
