Group Classes


Our signature class, Dynamic Reformer, is a full-body workout that combines resistance training, cardio intervals, and elements of traditional Pilates with a contemporary flair. This unique combination of exercises will help you build strength, increase flexibility, and improve your cardiovascular fitness in one 50-minute session. With a maximum of five clients per class, you'll receive personalised attention and support from your instructor every step of the way.

Our classes are suitable for all fitness levels, as our expert instructors will provide modifications and variations to ensure that everyone can participate and progress at their own pace.
