Natalie Foster

Natalie is a lover of mindful movement and the benefits you gain from running into your body. She is a qualified Mat and Reformer Pilates instructor with over 7 years teaching experience. She has a signature of creating interesting flows that will have your mind engaged and target muscles that can lay dormant and under utilised. Natalie also provides the most calming recovery cool downs to bring your focus completely into mindful movement.

She believes in teaching the body to work efficiently as a whole system rather than training individual parts. Her goal is to not only deliver the most effective, muscle-quivering workouts with the least amount of joint impact but also to empower her clients to activate their parasympathetic nervous system and enter flow state to really harness the mind-body connection positive change in their bodies.
